It is important to begin Progressive classes at the beginning of the session as skills are learned and each class builds on the ones before.

Early Bird Challenge

Monday - Friday 5:00-6:00am
Wednesday/Friday 6:00-7:00am
Member rate for days per week: 5-$50, 4-$45, 3-$35, 2-$25, PP: $100.00
Join in a vigorous whole body workout that leaves you with a sense of accomplishment upon completion!

Pilates/Yoga Blend

Monday/Wednesday 6:45-7:45pm
Member: $5.00 - 1 day, $10.00 - 2 days PP: $80.00
An equal blend of yoga and pilates focused on building strength and flexibility while calming the mind.

Open Yoga at SW

Tuesday 9:30-10:45am
Wednesday 6:30-7:45pm
Member: $10.00 - 1 day, $20.00 - 2 days PP: $80.00
Open to all levels of Yoga. If you have done Yoga at some point or have not done Yoga this class may work for you. You need to be able to get down to the floor and back up with no problem.

Intermediate Pilates

Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30pm
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month 8:00-9:00am
Member: $5.00 - 1 day, $10.00 - 2 days, $15.00 - 3 days PP: $80.00
Taking your basic knowledge of Pilates to the next level by building on existing core strength with challenging Pilate's exercises and flows.

A music-driven, athletic workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones with dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and Yoga.
